The Asus Eee PC Flare 1025C, 1025CE and X101CH are all on display at CES 2012 this year. While ultrabooks are far outnumbering netbooks this year, Asus still sees life in the category that they created. There’s nothing new or terribly exciting for these netbooks compared to existing Asus offerings, but the price of $299 is still going to be enough to entice some people that want a tiny and cheap 10.1” screen laptop. Let’s go over the specs and pricing for each model that Asus has announced:

I am so glad to hear it. My daughter loves the Aspire.
But this article talks about the Asus Eee PC, not Acer Aspire One… lol
Correct. If you want to win the first netbook here, you an get a chance here!

I filled it out. Just fill it out truthfully, and provide a comment they could use for advertising!
Good luck!
BTW, Asus has better preformance than 98% of acer aspire notebooks. Acer Aspire has full sized computers too. Asus uses the atom Cedar Trail now! The older ones ran on Pine Trail, like the 455 vs the 450. They decided to use the 455 instead because of DDR3, and its better peformance. It has x64 bit support too, which aspires usually dont.
Not to mention to 10.2 hour battery life. TRUE 10.2, not just if you stretch it out. As in you can use it for about 9.5 hours normally…
Even the older models like the 1018P had an 8 hour battery, and i was able to strech it to 8.5 by screen brightness, underclick, and turn off wifi and bluetooth, and change to white on black theme to lower screen power use.
These models are now available for pre-order with release and shipping in the next week or two, see this article:
