HP has issued some new coupons for April 2012 that include 30% off the ENVY lineup and dollars off deals on the HP Pavilion dm1z and dm4 Beats Edition portable laptops. Here’s a run down of the coupons now available:
- NEW! Use coupon code NBD6563 to get 35% off the purchase of an HP Pavilion dv6t Quad or dv7t Quad Edition laptop
- Use coupon code NBP9732 at checkout to get 30% off any HP ENVY laptop (excludes the ENVY 14 Spectre)
- Coupon expires on 4/14/2012 or after 750 uses, whichever comes first
- Use coupon code NBG3246 at checkout to get $150 off the HP Pavilion dm1z ultraportable laptop
- Coupon expires on 4/14/2012 or after 150 uses, whichever comes first
- Use coupon code NBC1386 to save $350 Off the HP Pavilion dm4 Beats Edition laptop
- Coupon expires on 4/21/2012 or after 250 uses, whichever comes first
With the $150 off coupon code NBG3246 you can get the dm1z for a starting price of $349.99, which is certainly a good deal for the solid little portable laptop that it is. The dm1z features an 11.6” screen and AMD E-300 processor. It’s well built and shouldn’t be considered a cheap netbook as it’s more durable than the $250 10” style netbooks that have a bad rap. The dm1z has battery life of up to 10 hours so it’s perfect for somebody on the go a lot.
If you need something larger and with more performance then the HP ENVY lineup is of course the place to look. The ENVY 15 starts at $949.99 when you apply the coupon NBP9732 to the base configuration of the ENVY 15. Last week the price started at $899.99 after coupon for the ENVY 15 so the price is definitely higher now and it’s not the best deal we’ve seen. However, the ENVY 17 now starts at $1,049.99 after the coupon is applied which is less than the $1,099 it cost last week so the ENVY 17 is actually a good price with this week’s deal.

Just finally caved in and grabbed the DV6T Quad laptop with a few upgrades and the 35% coupon. Brought the total to $993.25 with tax shipped. I recommend using this site to get another 3% discount on top of that. http://www.fatwallet.com and make sure you click through their referral link after you sign up. Just for using that site as a referral/redirect and then customizing the laptop as I liked I saved an additional $29.80 on top of the $993.25. Plus I used my cash back credit card at only 1% brings the additional savings to $39.73 or a grand total shipped of only $953.52! Good luck to anyone considering this same laptop. The savings with that coupon and the site sure are pretty good … while it lasts!
