New HP Envy 15 and Envy 17 30% off Coupon Code

HP has a new 30% off coupon for the Envy 15 and Envy 17 laptops, use code NBEY4748 at checkout to get 30% off either of these HP Envy laptops.  Coupon is valid until 2/7/2012. This 30% off coupon works on the new HP Envy 15 or Envy 17 Late 2011 editions. Pricing out the base level Envy 15 laptop and using this NBEY4748 30% off coupon yields a $944.99 price on the new HP Envy 15.  However, the more upgrades you add the better the savings, so this is an especially good coupon for those that want to configure a high end spec version of the Envy 15 or 17.  If you configure a  $2,000 laptop and use the coupon for instance your savings will be $600.   The specs on the Envy 15-3000 laptop at the $944.99 starting price are as follows:

    Big deal, unless you’re adding lots of upgrades, a base laptop ends up costing more than what it cost last week when many deal sites had the $450 off coupon code. I don’t know why HP and Dell make this so difficult with changing the base price frequently and offering up new coupon codes EVERY week.

      Last weeks coupon for $450 off the Envy 15 was the best, the price came down to $899. However, like you say, if you’re making a bunch of upgrades this 30% off coupon works much better. $450 off of a $2,000 configuration is around 22%, so if you wanted a $2,000 configured Envy 15 then this works better. You do have to play games and wait for the right coupon for you, which is annoying I agree.

    hmm, on techbargain, it shows that the coupon is going to expire on Feb 29th. Is that true?

      According to my sources at HP the expiration for the 30% off coupon is February 7th still.

      I bet it is feb 7th cause the 14 inch envy spectra ultra book releases on the 8th and they wouldn’t want you to get a discount on that right on launch day..

      I think you’re right David, the 7th is when the coupon ends (at midnight) according to my contact at HP. And at 12:01 a.m. is when the Envy 14 Spectre is supposed to be released and available so it makes sense they’d end the coupon then.
